On 26 August 2024, we conducted an intensive Control Bolting Technician training session, including a mockup for the Competency Card Assessment (CCA), as part of our preparations for the upcoming Ethylene Shutdown 2024. The training is designed to enhance our technicians’ skills, reinforce safety protocols, and ensure each team member meets the required competency standards. This proactive approach reflects our strong commitment to operational excellence, safety, and quality. By equipping our workforce with the right knowledge and practical experience, we are confident in our readiness to execute the shutdown effectively and efficiently. Training is still in progress, and we are proud of the dedication and professionalism shown by our team throughout the process.
